These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the website evocapil.eu, operated by Bey The Time Traveler SL, as well as all purchases made in the online store.

By accessing or using our Site, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. We recommend that you read them carefully.

Product images and descriptions are for illustrative purposes only; there may be slight variations that do not affect the product’s functionality or intended use.

3. Purchase Process

To place an order in our store:

Select the products and add them to your cart
Fill out the form with your personal and shipping information
Review the order details
Make your payment using the available options
After your order is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email

The contract is considered concluded the moment you receive the order confirmation.

4. Prices and Taxes

All prices shown include applicable VAT and are listed in euros (€).
Shipping costs are calculated before checkout and are clearly displayed during the checkout process.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We ship to the areas listed in our Shipping Policy.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to circumstances beyond the control of evocapil.eu.

Please make sure the address you provided is correct. Incorrect addresses may result in delays or additional charges.

7. Right of withdrawal

7.1 Term and Scope

In accordance with Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 (TRLGDCU) and Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament, you have the right to cancel the contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason.

The period will expire 14 calendar days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, took physical possession of the goods.

7.2 How to Exercise the Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision before the deadline expires by means of an unambiguous statement:

You may use the model withdrawal form in Section 7.6, although this is not required. It is sufficient for you to send your notice before the deadline expires.

7.3 Effects of Withdrawal — Refund

In the event of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery method we offer), without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw.

We will process the refund using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you have specifically requested otherwise. In any case, you will not incur any charges as a result of the refund.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods, or until you have provided proof of return, whichever comes first.

7.4 Product Returns

You must return or deliver the goods to us without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which you notify us of your decision to cancel, to the following address:

Return shipping costs: You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods.

You will only be liable for any decrease in the value of the goods resulting from handling other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

7.5 Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply in the following cases (Art. 16 of Directive 2011/83/EU / Art. 103 of the TRLGDCU):

Items that were sealed for health or hygiene reasons and have been unsealed after delivery (applies to shampoos, lotions, oils, creams, serums, and similar products once opened).
Dietary supplements and nutritional supplements whose safety seal has been broken.
Goods that, after delivery and by their very nature, have become inseparably mixed with other goods.
Goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized.

⚠️ For hygiene or health products, the right of withdrawal may only be exercised if the product is returned unopened and with the seal intact.

8. Legal Warranty

All our products come with a 3-year legal warranty for consumers.
In the event of a manufacturing defect, the customer may request:

The replacement
A price reduction
Termination of the contract (if applicable)

The following shall not be considered defects:

Damage caused by misuse
Normal wear and tear
Improper handling of the product

9. Limitation of Liability

The seller shall not be liable for:

Technical failures attributable to third parties
Delays in delivery due to circumstances beyond our control (carriers, customs, weather, etc.)
Damage resulting from improper use of the products

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Spanish law.
Any dispute shall be resolved in the courts of the consumer’s place of residence.
