- 🇬🇧 United Kingdom (UK): If the order exceeds 135 GBP, duties and VAT are likely to be charged.
- 🇺🇸 United States: Orders over 800 USD may be subject to customs fees.
- 🇨🇭 Switzerland: Duty free up to approximately 65 CHF, depending on the product.
- 🇨🇦 Canada: Possible charges if over CAD 20 (very low threshold).
- 🌐 Rest of the world: We recommend checking with your local customs office.
These values may vary over time or by type of product (cosmetics, supplements, etc.), so we recommend confirming with your customs office before ordering.
✅ What can you do to avoid surprises?
- Check your country’s regulations before purchasing.
- Make sure that the address is correct and the recipient’s name is the same as on your official documents (passport, ID card).
- Consider placing smaller orders if you want to avoid exceeding the tax-free limit.
- Do not accept the package if you do not agree with the shipping costs: it will be automatically returned. If the package is returned to us without any issues, we will refund the cost of the product (excluding shipping costs).
